RETURN POLICY

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 30 days, given the product was unused and is returned in the original state.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
To start the return process for your order, email us with your inquiry on info@lulu-amsterdam.com and a customer service rep will get back to you with the next step. 

If your item or parcel arrives damaged, for any reason - please contact us by email on info@lulu-amsterdam.com so that you are able to attach photos and we will immediately take action to make it right to you.

Please note the shipping cost associated with the return is the responsibility of the buyer. 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 days after receiving.

RETURNING A PROMOTION/BUNDLE
You can return the entire bundle / promotion for a full refund.
However please note that you cannot return part of the bundle or promotion for a proportional refund. You can, however, exchange an item for another item featured in the bundle or promotion that you purchased.

MY PAYMENT FAILED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
This may have different reasons, such as failed security check, insufficient funds or a block on foreign payments. Please reach out to our customer support team for more information on info@lulu-amsterdam.com

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 14-day exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and it must not be worn and kept in a re-sellable state. If we find that it has been worn, we will send the items back to you.
